Today we have smoked ham with cheddar topped with seasonal fresh tomatoes on a bed of bacon-y rice as well as our vegetarian choice of mushroom masala, spinach and goat cheese on a bed of cauliflower rice and quinoa.
Feeling like eggs for breakfast, but need a change of pace? Stop in fir a slice of our Shakshuka Focaccia! This one has a spicy and tangy duck ragu on our homemade focaccia, with a whole egg baked on top. DELICIOUS!

Today's post is coming to you from the UK, where Courtney and I are both celebrating her birthday tomorrow (Thursday) and going on a Savoury Pie Adventure during British Pie Week... Remember, Tuesday March 14 is Pie Day.

So, our friend Charles Gray displayed his brilliance after eating some pie and laying out on the beach by writing us a jingle. He says it's raw and unfinished, I say it's BRILLIANT. Hope the format works for everyone.
